hi guys. last time i checked my results i was waitlisted and was asked to check after on the 15 th of april. have the results been declared ?
Nah.. its not so. I was offered IMT - G (Finance), which was the first of only three preferences that I had filled. Still going for TAPMI. Besides I know of one more person who filled only IMT - G (Finance) as his preference and was offered it but still chose TAPMI.
But, you are right that it is a personal decision. To each his own I guess.

FINALLY. After giving a rocking GD/PI and with an excellent score and acads I finally converted TAPMI . Feeling really happy .
Now comes the toughest decision (IMT-G or TAPMI or GL)??
My heart is in TAPMI but every1 is saying IMT. Have 7 days to take a decision :)

i applied thru xat and have 93.6...
had a decent gd and a good enough pi..atleast they seemed satisfied with all the answers i gave(they were nodding their head positively)..
also.. i think past acads also helped in the conversion...

Yes and not converted yet!!
But congrats on your convert mate!!
You will need to send the following documents
1. Initial Acceptance Letter
2. Id Card Form
3. Demand Draft for 25k/Details of NEFT or RTGS transaction on a piece of paper
Details to be included for NEFT/RTGS transfer include
1. Name of Bank
2. Your Account Number
3. Date of Transaction
4. Transaction Number
PS: I would suggest you to provide such Transaction Remarks as would make it easily identifiable to the TAPMI folks. (example: Your TAPMI Regn No)..

There Are basic amenities for both Large AC/Non AC and Small AC/Non-AC rooms
Overhead Racks For Books
Attached Toilet and Bathrooms
Beds For Each Roomate
Additonal Special Amenities:-
1)Large Rooms AC or Non-AC
2 door wardrobe for each roomate
Table and chair for each roomate which means 2 tables and 2 chairs
1 common big dressing mirror with some space behind it for storage
2)Small Rooms AC or Non-AC
one 2 door wardrobe to be shared by both roomates
1 table and chair for each roomate
Electricity bill
Large non-ac:-Rs 150-200
Large ac:-Rs 800-900
Small non ac:-Rs 90-120
Small ac:-around 600
