What is the criteria for selection for GDPI and how much weightage is given to CAT Score, Acads and Work Ex?

Will SOP affect the chances of getting call?? Because while filling form, I did not take it seriously and written about 2-3 lines only.

As per my CAT 2016 score card, I got 89.92 pecentile overall. If I fill the form, will my application be taken into consideration or will it be straight away rejected due to percentile less than 90? Please advice.
