VA:83 DILR:90 QA:91 Overall:91.5. Got obc-nc reservations and 27 months of work experience. 10th: 94%, +2: 88% Graduation: 63%. Should I apply for IIT Delhi or drop the dream. Graduation percentage 63 lol :D

Hi IIT Delhi Team,

I am facing a weird situation as post offices in pune are undergoing some weird software update. According to two of the post offices i visited said that it could take them another two days.

Can i send my application via courier?

does anyone else from pune is facing this issue, if not, which post-office is working?(I mean which area)
