Why movement is so low this year..what is expected movement in upcoming lists ?
26th is the last day to withdraw and 27th is the registration. What if one doesn't convert in the upcoming list around june 13th and is expecting a convert on 26th (not sure about that also). So then the ones expecting their convert on or after 26th need to reach beforehand or what?
