1. Is Transfer Certificate required before the admission or it's alright if we submit it after the admission is done?

Since KJ doesn't have any reservations besides the Gujju quota, If I select EWS category in my form.. will I not be eligible for general category seats ?

I've scored 98.19%le in CET (not from Mumbai Univ.), 95 in CAT.  Does KJ Som have an OBC quota? If yes,  what was the cut off last year? If not , are there chances for me to convert in the subsequent (2 and 3) rounds? 


Also what are ACAP rounds? How do I apply for them? What are my conversion chances in the same?
