i didnt get call from dse in frst round and now in second round i have got call and its showing only 3 seats left for obc ib. And my no is 39 in the list of obc. My cat score is 81.17%ile 10th 70.15 12th 88.40 Please tell my chances of conversation. Because i have joined a job also.

I appeared for 1st councelling and took MBA-IB later I cancelled it as I got better college. I have taken original documents, filled 3 page form for refund but I still didn't get refund.
