I had selected only Bangalore as my preferred location, but I was alloted Rohtak as my interview location on 03rd March 2020. I sent a mail to IIM Rohtak admissions teams regarding this and heard back from them today saying location change is not possible. As I have one more interview scheduled on that day, it would be a great help if you could give me any other slot (Except: 3,4 and 5 of March,2020) at any location. It would be very unfortunate if I will have to miss any precious opportunity like this. It was mentioned in one of the earlier mails that if we have an interview conflict, we can come to IIM Rohtak Campus between 27th Feb to 4th March. Can you please move my interview to 27/28 of February, 2020.. Please accommodate my request. It would be a great help.

I have my cap interview on the same date I wrote to IIM Ranchi to change my date but they said they cannot change the date please as the conserned institutions to change the date. Can you please move my interview to 29th of February or 4th of March, 2020. Please accommodate my request. It would be a great help.
Did anybody even get Hyderabad/Banglore for WAT&PI??? I got Delhi even when i put (VERY VERY RELUCTANTLY as there was no other way, and we can't select different dates for same location/venue) as my 3rd option on February 10th but at that time IIM Indore schedule wasn't out. But IIM Indore called me for WAT&PI on February 10th and they are unwilling to change the schedule. It is clear that i can't travel by train in this short duaration from Delhi to Hyderabad and they have delayed my reschedule request for so long, eventually denying it and booking a flight at this moment means i would have to shell out atleast 7000 to 10000 rupees and for an unemployed person this is a mammoth amount. Please consider my request to change the venue to Hyderabad (on 10th feb i.e my actual WAT/PI date but just a changed venue) or I can also visit the IIM Rohtak campus for the interview between 28th February to 3th March. Public Relations Cell,IIM Rohtak please help me as i have barley 4 days left.
Is it better to take passenger train from old delhi jn or reach rohtak by bus from ISBT. And what transport one can take after reaching Rohtak Jn or Bus stand
Is there any paid accomodation(any bed we can book in IIM ROHTAK hostels by paying) available at IIM ROHTAK or do we have manage on our own. my interview date is on 2nd march..
What is your WAT&PI Venue?? I want to know if any one was allotted Hyderabad/Banglore or the options were just a sham and everyone got either Delhi or Rohtak even if they put them last.
At first, due to lagging website the WAT/PI schedule was not available till 31st jan. While got it, the request for change of WAT/PI schedule for CAP was already over. Having got these 2 WAT/PI on consecutive dates in different locations, requested IIM ROHTAK to change the schedule, which they outright denied. If you are not going to consider any of the request, why the adcoms were constantly telling to send mails(now deleting previous comments and typing "You have got the interview venue preference out of their choosen 3 preferences. No change request is acceptable at this moment.") .
While you have taken Rs. 2000 from candidates you should at least give their preferred slot for WAT/PI.
P.S. - It was mentioned in one of the earlier mails that if we have an interview conflict, we can come to IIM Rohtak Campus between 27th Feb to 4th March. And denying this fact now.
