can a General Engineering Male convert IIM rohtak at 99.09? as it gives huge 20% weigtage to diversity, already the female and non engineers are way ahead, do we have any chance. Please tell.

Hello team, I got a call from MICA and interview is scheduled on 2 March 1 p.m at Ahmedabad. I can't take my flight to Delhi on 2nd for IIM Rohtak WatPi on 3rd march, which I had booked earlier. By any chance can you shift my date of IIM Rohtak interview to another date or other location like Mumbai on any other date ? Please help !
