I have paid the acceptance fees , but still not received any update , how long do they take to update you regarding confirmation of seat?

I received a mail that i hve to pay 2,10,000 till 10th july i wanted to know that do i have to pay wholesum 2,10,000 or i should pay 1,60,000 after deducting acceptance fee that was paid earlier?
