Mostly IIMs release the waitlist movement on their website officialy. I have seen in the past few days people comparing IIM Vizag and Nagpur, Apologies to the vizag team, but IIM Nagpur has been upfront whether with the cut offs of result or of the waitlists. Vizag on the other hand has been hinding this information from the beginning.
Dear Adcom members,
We understand that you did not share the data of previous year but atleast the data for this year should be given. These type of information should always be transparent. We are the ones waitlisted so please understand our concern as well. Most of us are relying on the waitlist movement to move forward with the other choices we have.
It is a kind request to the Adcom of IIM Vizag to please release this information.

Qa mzak bnakr rkh diye ho yaar admsn ka.. Atleast be transparent ki chal qa rha h. Waitlist movement ni btane ka qa mtlb hota? How can we know that weather we have any chances of converting in upcoming lists or not. Pls go the the admsn office and enquire about this.

Good Evening, Many of you have queries regarding the waitlist movement. The waitlist movement differs every year and there is no common trend available. Considering the situation that is prevailing, it is highly difficult for us to predict the movement as the offer acceptance rate may vary differently this time. The waitlist number will not change. The number will remain the same. From second round onwards, only the selected candidates will receive offer mail. We are extremely sorry, as we dont have the waitlist movement data, that can be shared here.
