Is registration still open for dse ?

In the form we have to upload the document with self attestation. Could you guys please elaborate how to do that. Can't we directly upload the documents?

I got a mail for fee payment of MBA-HRD. I am pretty sure of conversion to MBA-IB in subsequent merit list. So, if I don't pay fees of MBA HRD then only this offer stands cancelled or my registration for IB will also be considered cancelled? Please tell
