My college does not provide CGPA to percentage conversion certificate.
I have certificate of college saying "The institute has no provision for conversion of CGPA to percentage". Should I upload that as a CGPA to percentage certificate and choose NIL as a conversion formula? Please help.

I reside in Gurgaon and want to choose Delhi as my interview location but I'm presenter in Annual Awards function of my organisation on 21st Feb. If by chance the interview date comes out to be the same, will IIT D entertain the date change request to 23rd Feb? Can I write the mail now only requesting my interview date to be 23rd Feb?
