Hi..for IIT D DMS, as per the instructions given in the docs upload section we hv to upload a obc certi obtained in jan 2019...can we upload six month old certi that has been used in cat form and for other colleges also?

i cant see getting shortlisted in the doms portal, however, i got a congratulations mail from dms iitd allocating me with a mentor. so, am i or am i not shortlisted? anyone else facing a similar problem?
