Personally, I feel it would be better to remove the people who haven't expressed their interest to stay in the waitlist, so that people further down the lists can gauge their chances better, keeping in mind that they have other colleges in their agenda as well. AdCom, please take this up. If it was already considered, please let us know the reason why it was not feasible.

1) I want to know about the scenario of people who are BTECH fresher/1 year experience candidates without CA/CFA certificate and are pursuing/interested in Finance. Do they struggle to land internships and placements? 2) And do inexperienced people struggle to bag operations internship or roles?
