Hello IIT Delhi team, I have a doubt regarding upload of OBC certificate. I had already made a fresh OBC certificate while applying for CAT as per the prescribed format of CAT exam. But IIT Delhi has given its own OBC Certificate format, but it doesn't seem much different from the CAT one. Making a new certificate is not an easy task, because I currently live in Bangalore but my permanent residence is in Bihar. I have to travel there to make one. Do I need to make a new certificate for applying as OBC? My CAT format OBC certificate is made after July,2019. So it's a valid one.

I belong to SC category my cat overall score is 61.63%,btech 74,12th marks 70% and 10th 80, Planning to fill DMS chance is there any hope they will shortlist me???
