Hi team, Can you please let me know whether there is sectional cut off or not ?

last year the cutoff for SC candidate was 89 percentile, that means if I have lesser percentile then it's very unlikely to get the call?

Hello everyone, If you have any queries, ask in the group itself, so if other aspirants have similar problems, they will get to know. Please refrain from asking any questions in PM. Thank You and All the best!

Hello Aspirants,

Greetings from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi.

Hope your preparations for the second phase are in full swing.

Here are some important updates for you.

1. As per the information available to us, the shortlisting criteria for this year will be based on both CAT score as well as the overall profile of the candidate. The exact weightages will be announced along with the shortlist.

2. The category in which you applied for CAT has no significance for admission to our institute. The category that you will choose while filling our form will only be considered and verified.

3. For those who are asking about their chances of getting a call, we cannot say for sure based on the previous trends as the shortlisting criteria vary from year to year and the cut off depends on the pool of applications that we receive. However, if you think your performance in CAT is decent enough, you should apply in order to maximise your chances as this year's criteria will give weightage to overall profile of the candidate also.

Please feel free to ask any doubt related to form filling or any question about DMS, IIT Delhi. We will be more than happy to help.

All the best !!
