Are we supposed to provide cgpa to percentage conversion for class 10th as well? For college level, my college gives grade out of 10, and the conversion factor is mentioned only on our provisional degree, do I need to upload it?

Which CGPA to percentage conversion certificate to upload...?? 10th or college degree. Moreover, there is no particular certificate available, just the CGPA to percentage conversion formulae is mentioned in the back of university degree and in 10th Marksheet.
