Can I give my interview at Roorkee/Mumbai ?

Hi. I have been shortlisted for IIT Delhi MBA but my interview is on exact same date as IIM Shillong. Since Shillong has already released their date around 15-20 days back, I would request you to change my interview date. To whom should I mail?
