What is the difference between MBA Telecom and MBA general offered in DMS,IIT DELHI?

Is there any sectional and overall cutoff ??

Cbse doesn’t have any distinction system (as mentioned on the cbse website), what to write for class 10&12 then? iit-madras has an option of “don’t know” but delhi doesn’t.
