Both of them have their pros and cons, just an insight, might help you.
IIM Raipur has far better placements than IIM Udaipur. (Check the Placement Reports once), Infact IIM Raipur’s average package is the best among all the new IIMs.
IIM Raipur offers dual specialization (You can take Marketing and Finance majors, or Finance and HR, etc.)
IIM Raipur is one of the only B-schools to provide International Exchange, I know from a senior that despite COVID, approx. 20% of the students went for Exchange this year.
All these facts are correct and you can cross-check.
Udaipur as a place is just beautiful, Raipur stands nowhere talking about tourist spots, but you can visit these places post MBA.
Great Campus, though Raipur also has an equally good campus.

@Ashish_Singh_Rajput I had also heard that this year at IIM Raipur, a lot of students got to sit second time for placements because their CTC was on the lower side, an opportunity to increase their package.
