Though the placement scene is more vibrant than last year at the older IIMs, at the newer ones it has been a lukewarm affair so far. The final placements at the six newer IIMs started between December and January, and are yet to wrap up, despite the smaller batch size.

I've got a call from IIM lucknow, the interview's on 26th feb.. I m preparing for PI... I have this major confusion in my mind .. when they ask me about career goals should it be right to tell them that I have plan to go for IRS (Indian Revenue Service) after MBA... will they grill me on that with questions like..
you MBA for that you can go for it even after graduation or people don't do MBA to go to IRS after that... and all???????

I'm a CAT 2014 aspirant, Does anyone have sample application forms for IIMs? Or a link to where they can be found? Scoured as many cat sites as i could , but with no luck.
I'm a fresher, so should I produce a bonafide certificate along with my college ID card??
For CGPA-percentage conversion, rules are given at the back of the marks sheet. Should I get a separate certificate for that?

I was working with an IT firm.I had signed a bond for 1 and half years but after my cat results were out, I resigned. I worked there for 4 months. I haven't paid the bond amount which is pretty high so i don't have the relieving letter. I just have my offer letter and 4 months pay slips. I have mentioned 4 months as my work ex in all my forms. I can't pay the bond amount so i will never get the relieving letter. Will this be a problem after i get admission in a b-school when they ask for all the certificates and documents to be submitted or before the interview process????
Please help m in a lot of dilemma.
