Hi all! sry to ask this question as I have already asked some one it via PM ,but could not help it to ask finally here in the forum! For CAT in graduation eligibility criteria 50%...is it based on only major or hnrs paper u took in your graduation or based on all papers u took in your graduation irrespective of major or minor? actually here in my college i got two separate mark sheets in one only explicitly major paper's %age specified which is just 52% and in other overall CGPA is specified taking all papers which is 5.89...equivalent %age of this is 55%(but this equivalent %age is not mentioned in the GPA sheet,rather 5.89 is mentioned)...so which one is for CAT? If some one reply then it will be helpful..as this is the one disturbing me....

I am one of you. I graduated in 2013 and didn join the job i was offered by campus placements.
and am going through the same stressful phase as most of you.
I just am curious how are you all handling the EXTRA FREE TIME these days. I m running out of things to do. and it adds to the stress. Please share your experiences guys.

I have resigned from company actually i wanted to give resign on 1st Feb but then My manager and HR asked me not to Give resign (You know attrition problem) instead of this they asked me to go for LWP and come on 3rd march and apply for instant resigned
i am on the LWP for the last 45 days and haven't got any response from company and i too have called My manager and HR but didn't get any satisfactory response . Today , I called HR, she told me that your NDF (no due form) and FNF (full and final settlement) yet to be signed or Approved
Just need to know Dosto, If they asked me to pay amount for relieving letter and experience letter, should i pay it or escalate it to top management coz Manager, SM nd HR didn't discuss it with me while applying it
P.S :- If possible Please also suggest me How to Mail top management or SM of HR or AVP/VP in Professional Language/Official E-Mail regarding this matter !!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Guys, I would like to take a suggestion from you.
I have 3.5 years exp in IT. Currently I am working as a Business Analyst in a small company started by my friends. I want to continue in IT after my MBA. I got 93.3 in CAT 2013. Got interview calls from Great Lakes(PGPM), IMI Delhi, GIM, FORE, NIRMA, TAPMI, KJ Somaiya, IMT G. I am planning that if I convert Great Lakes or IMI Delhi then I will go for it this year. Otherwise I will prepare for GMAT and try for ISB or PGPX in IIMs(after 5 yrs exp). I am not planning to give my pending interviews for FORE, KJ Somaiya, NIRMA, TAPMI. Pls let me know if I am taking a right decision.
