What kind of a Job Role should I actually be looking for if I want to do an MBA later? Asking this cause I saw some people talking about the 'Quality' of Work-Ex. Also what is my best option if I am not able to get such a job currently?
What's the minimum experience required for Executive MBA from IIM? I am having 3 yrs of exp in IT and want to go for Executive MBA from IIM.

hi to all ....so its TIME abv. MBA guru and CL ...for providing better quality of coaching .....but ...a new query which arose is to choose between TIME and TATHAGAT institute....also do recommend me the right time to join the coaching ...i wud be giving my 4th sem exams this may ...nd then i'll hv a two month break ...after which the collg. session resumes .....so when should i start my coaching?
finally didnt paid first installement with heavy heart ......thought of joining IMI-D but fee was a single biggest factor considering the fact that fee for total c ourse is aound 16-17 lakh ......had conversation with current student who is my frend ...he told me that no doubt the college is good but placements are avg with median of 8-8.5 LPA same as in IIT-K...but i know the faculty and business exposure is the thing which i m gonna miss in IIT-K .....hope this decision doesnt backfire in future career growth ...

B.com-58%(UP board, Year of completion 2012)
I am general, male. In total I have 5 years of work experience(Full time ,BPO). I started working in 2009 when I started with my graduation (attendance was not a big deal in my college). Technically I have 2 years of work experience after graduation but I did not get that job on basis of my graduation. I know that my profile is below average but I would really appreciate if you could answer couple of my questions.
1. Do B-schools take into consideration BPO work experience?If yes then would they consider my work experience?
2. I gave CAT 2013 and got 86 %tile. I am working very hard this time. If I score 99+ then do I stand any chance of getting into an IIM(old or new) or other top notch B-schools like SP jain, MDI, IMt etc.
