why iit roorkee has such low average package despite its been there for 20 yrs . why it is not growing.is there any specific reason for that? I don't want to demean any college ..this is the only convert i have right now ..but the placement report is very daunting..

Therefore, it would be of great help for everyone if you could publish a post at the earliest with the following details: 1. The updated fee structure, since it appears to have increased significantly. 2. The refund policy, with details of last dates, deductions if any and the details of whom and how to contact if the seat is to be withdrawn etc.
