I am going to give CAT 2020 and i have a profile of: 10th-83%, 12th-80.6%, graduation-65%(non-engineering), no work experience; So is there any chance that i might be able to convert FMS at 99+ percentile

The Seats offered to FMS Delhi for batch of -22 for EWS Category was 29 and yet only 7 students have reserved their admission. Then, why the offer has been made to only next 3 students in the 3rd list?

Why does fms have only 15 permanent faculty listed on it's faculty directory? Is that suffecient for a full batch? Accounting for the lack of infrastructure, and how the interviews weren't even held, is the quality of education and pedagogy really at par with the top 6 iim's and xlri? Or is it just hyped because of the roi and the placement numbers? Asking for real answers.

Do them if you feel they can add some value to your learnings. If you feel a task is stupid , then it probably is . Skip these tasks or skip the tasks altogether , would'nt really matter . Use this time before officially college starts to learn something new rather than submitting random tasks by copy pasting from each other or from the internet for a given deadline.

If you want to do those tasks for passing your time , thats your perogative but no adverse effect will come because of it , so chill.

If you are working , or currently in your notice period , do not ruin your workex by giving any thought to these tasks.
Serve your notice period right, some of you may be 11 months in workex right now , make it to 12 months rather than leaving early to do these useless tasks.
Food for thought : If the seats are not full already and they have rolled out tasks for students , then making a comparison wouldnt make sense.
Stop indulging in tasks that are just a waste of your time and by no means , no matter how much an adcom or senior tell you , dont ruin your workex or relations with your manager by underperforming because of these tasks.

I know some people in this site have made efforts to discourage people from joining this year (due to Covid). I want to personally make a direct plea (straightforward) for people to withdraw. Yes, it is for my own good. But I only want to join this year because I already have too much work ex and I can't wait more. There will be a recession (actually, there already is) and it will take time to recover. Let alone all the jobs backlog there will be of people who graduate this year and next year who may not find jobs. And will be applying directly to same companies & competing with you for limited jobs in 2022. [Given the situation in the rest of the world, foreign placements are even less likely.] Yes, it is a selfish request. But the argument is not without its own merits. People who have less work ex. can esp. wait one more year and apply. (If you take a screenshot of your selection this year and show it to the interviewer next year, he might even give you sympathy points. And you can also try to score higher in CAT for next year with more practice.)
