FMS is always among the last ones to release its lists. Plus, this time there's EWS. Expect a long delay. Concentrate on preping your current calls. Jab aani hogi aa jaegi yaar.
P.S.: And don't ask if EWS will be implemented. DFS and TISS are implementing. So if FMS does too, you will get a mail. So just relax. MArch maan ke chalo.
Can we get a credible answer to when can we expect the shortlist? Would be helpful a lot for planning. TIA.
Due to the ongoing EWS Implementation Issue, the FMS Shortlists will be delayed. The shortlists will most probably be out by February end.
Also, whether EWS will be implemented in FMS this year is still in process.

What was FMS composite score cutoff in last 2 years?? I reckon CAT 16 mapping was similar to CAT 18 so cutoffs should be more or less similar to that year's.

My percentile in CAT was 99.08. However, my verbal was 99.9, so my composite score comes out to 54.75. If I get a call from FMS, do I have decent chances of converting? I've read on many forums that it is very difficult to convert FMS with a percentile below 99.2. I am not sure if I should stop hoping?
