Can one who has completed CA but with BCOM degree from IGNOU ( no official 3 year degree) do MBA from FMS? Is 3 year/4 year full time undergraduate degree a must criterion to get into FMS?

I was lookig for executive MBA from FMS.I am a professional (based in Gurgaon) and associated with an Oil refinery project in Nigeria. During filling the application, I found that, it is mandatory to give an NOC from my present organisation. But my organisation is not registered in India. Please guide me how can I fill the application form.

I am not able to submit my fms application..every time it shows you have missed some fields..but I have filled every field and it is also showing 100 % filled application
Although I filled all the mandatory fields, at the time of making payment it is showing that "There are some incomplete fields. Please fill those fields". But the website is showing 100% complete (mandatory fields). @rohanafc7 please clarify the issue. I am not able to submit form.

I have mentioned the date as 1st April, 2019, in the 'To' column for work experience.
In the uploaded experience certificate, today's date is mentioned, i.e the date when I submit the form.

Some queries, if I fill current date in the 'To'column for work ex, how does FMS know if I am currently working or not? Should I write the current date or 1st April 2019, since the automatically calculated work experience uses the date in 'To' column?
Also do I write my University marks as per university norms/marksheet or the sum total of the marks in all the years?

Will it suffice if I upload the last Pay Slip only instead of Offer letter+ last Pay Slip since the Date of Joining is mentioned in the Pay Slip ?
If i don't fill any work ex now as it doesn't have any negative effect now. And if after getting call ( if i get one) , won't i lose out on some marks, The marks for work ex , or even in the final shortlisting criteria work experience is an unawarded thing?
I have filled work exp in cat form and submitted fms form without filled work exp. Do i will have a disadvantage in interview if i get shortlisted?
