Asking in a neutral group Almost everyone on pagalguy says that IIMK is better than MDI but it is given lower rating in comparison to MDI by time and CL. Any specific reason for this??
How many lists have been released so far for FMS? When is the next list releasing?
When does the session start? On the website it is mentioned that classes begin in the first week of July. But are we, for some other reasons, required to report in June end?

Why is IIM L the only IIM to never reveal its Placements statistics and Full list of Recruiters which FYI has TCS and 30+ unknown startups
The Average Salary at FMS is 23.2 LPA vs 17 LPA at IIM L (They don't disclose it, I got the info through friends), which should make the deciision very easy
Allumni Network of FMS 65 Yr old Vs 30 yr old IIM L. IIM Tag is only for Aunties. Every Company Knows that FMS is way better than L
Location Advantage is with FMS which allows for better networking and corporate interaction, It's extremely important for Finance and Consulting Jobs
Free Education at FMS is an Icing on the Cake. I'm a delhiite and his calculation of 5 lakh expenses in two years, Only reflects his low CAT score
Smaller batch size means less competition for placements while L is called Hell because of the pathetic placements if you don't know
L is not even worth a thought in my opinion, specially keeping in mind the Non-Transparent Placement Process and Corrupt Placecom of L which collect fines of 1000-10,000 everyday and is renowned for Giving undue favors to girls in placements
Search Quora for the realities of Placecom at IIM L. Everybody knows the Politics and criminal culture at L.
Don't be misguided by the Rhetorical Claptrap and GLOBE of the Reserved Category IIM L Placecommer. Please think for yourself, why the article has no data but only flimsy opinions which will not stand the screening of a High calibre General Category Candidate.

I see many articles and debates comparing FMS, IIM-L and XLRI. I am here to give some neutral opinions without naming any institutes explicitly.
Please understand that hardly anyone sticks with the company they get placed in for the rest of their career. People keep switching.
And as rigorous as one university maybe wrt academics and placements compared to another, think about standing out in the long run, at the international landscape.
Stop constraining yourself to final placements. People switch, and they switch a lot, and think about which institute would enable you to do that.
2 years of your education vs the rest of your career. So, choose wisely.
someone who has been through registration process for FMS, can you plese tell the amount required to pay for registration and mode of payment.
information about MSA fees(if changed), semester begin date would highly appreciated.

Hai guys, I am wait listed at number 9 in the general list. The thing is most of the new IIMs have their last day for fees to be submitted between 18th and 21st of this month. I have converted Udaipur, Trichy, Bodh gaya and am not sure if I should wait for the second list of fms expected on the 22nd or to pay the fees for one of the above IIMs just in case I am unable to convert fms. Can someone please advise me on what I should do.
