I am in GEM (General Engineer male ) who is doing in some unsatisfactory IT job ..Aiming to get admission in some good reputed B-School so that i can get away with this profile and get into managerial shoes. After missing on performing WELL in CAT, IIFT has caused much angst 😠. I think it is one of the toughest exam.. Though some where inside i knew that it is very difficult to clear cut off but still never miss to take chances.. i scored my PERSONAL best of 46(GK 4 + lookround ) today ....but it's all in vain . Sach pucho to BURA TO LAGTA HI HAI 😟 . Still in hope for doing well in SNAP and XAT.UMEED PE DUNIYA KAYAM HAI...But I am really really happy to see some (actually many) of u getting good scores.. I have joined PagalGuy.. since 3-4 months and I feel really good to see people helping other guys in sharing material , solving queries , guiding in a good way..(.Like i have done all that gk from Pagal Guy groups ) and keeping up good competition spirit ... Cheers kal se padai fir se chaalu along with boring job 🍻🍻🍻

I am just asking this to get overall gist of the IIFT scenario. The lowest marks in CMAT September 2013 was -40. 😞 Do you know anyone who have gone negative in today's IIFT examination ?? 😲

IIFT main to jo 1000 log ko call mil gaye, unke selection kain chances bahut high hain. Because in 1000 main se kitne sare log IIMs main jayenge. 😃 Aur IIFT kabhi bhi naye students ko GDPI kain liye nahi bulati. To jinko bulaya hain, unme se hij Waitlist ghume ga, to selection kain chances sab log kain kafi higher hain. To all the best jo log aj 45+ expect kar rahe hain !! 😃

Guys, in the 4th DI ( the one about cost of starting a business and number of days required for specific business activities in select countries), were you able to identify which bar graph was showed the "starting a business (days)" and which one showed "Time for import (days)"?


In my question paper, both have been colour coded as black. I was not able to identify which bar showed what 😠 .
Did anyone else face this problem?

With an overall accuracy approaching 85%, call or no call I think I am reasonably satisfied.
DI should have been 100% accurate as well but well, that's life. 😃

i got 46.85 in iift according to cl..any chances ? i saw the last year's paper..quants was much tougher dis time as compared to last year's..last year one could easily get 17-18 correct in quants but this time.. even 14-15 correct is a gud attempt..DI LR section was really time consuming..

do we have to separately apply for kolkatta campus. during the examination i had ticked kolkatta too. i dont remember applying for kolkatta campus. is there anyway to apply to kolkatta now?

Any idea why we were asked to enter our academic details upfront in the IIFT OMR sheet this time around ? Is there any chance that the calls will be based on some aggregate score generated by taking into account all those details as well as the IIFT written score ?
