HR Analytics offered for the second year MBA students is a 3 credit course with a very in depth module containing the latest trends of HR Analytics.
Currently IILM has a visiting faculty for teaching/presenting this subject. The faculty is an alumni of IIM Bangalore and has a deep understanding of the human resource area, he owns consultancies that provide HR services and is very knowledgeable and witty. Overall the classes are fun to attend and the faculty presents each topic with attention to detail.

The two-day conference aimed to foster women leadership in higher education and featured esteemed guests and prominent speakers.
