Hi everyone. I am currently employed in IT company and according to the policy I need to serve 3 months notice period after resignation. My waitlist no in obc ncl in IIM Amritsar is 90 and IIM Nagpur is 310. What can be next best course of action for me. Is it possible for me to convert Amritsar or Nagpur? Shall I resign early without getting offer letter from Amritsar?
