Hi Adcom. I’m only getting option to select preference for MBA-DBM and MBA-HHM. Does that mean I am not even in waitlist for MBA core? Kindly reply soon.
In case if I do not want to join MBA-DBM and MBA-HHM, do I still have to pay the amount to remain on waitlist of MBA core(if I’m waitlisted)?

Hey Rahul,
Check the website once again today. If you can see only DBM and HHM in the preferences it means you’re only shortlisted for those 2 as of now.
If you’re in the waitlist for the core MBA program later, then you’ll be notified through mail.

Regarding the results -
If the student is in wait list (WL-EoI) of more than one program, then they are required to pay EoI fee only once. The same will be considered for all WL-EoI.
If the student is in the confirmed list of one or more programs and in wait list (WL-EoI) of other programs, then they are required to pay Rs. 1,00,000 as acceptance fee only (no need to pay WL-EoI fee, the same acceptance fee will be considered for WL-EoI).
If the student is in the confirmed list of one or more programs, say Y, and in wait list (WL-EoI) of other programs, say Z, and they want to be considered for only the program Z, then they are required to pay only WL-EoI fee.

Hey,
The process of admissions in IIMs has its own rules. After the short list, the waitlist has the next line of eligible candidates and so on. Once the first waitlist moves you’ll get notified.

It is mandatory to submit the transaction details on the portal itself post making any kind of payment.
DO NOT send the details via email or any other communication channel. It will not be considered.
