If i pay for hrm convert now ... and in subsequent list if i convert pgp ... will that money work for pgp also ? Or I will have to pay for pgp again separately

I have a doubt regarding the LOA. How must it be filled? Is digitally filling the form and uploading it with a digital signature is fine? Or should I take a print out, sign it and then upload? Please let me know. Thank you!
