Many ppl are aware of the Gamasec scam that occurred a month ago.

A startup hired a group of students for summer and final placements, paying them a stipend of 2-3 lakhs for summers and 15-20LPA for finals, but then cancelled their offers, now that several institutions have released their placement report, I'm wondering if they have factored in cancelled offers when determining average placement figures or the revoked offers are included in calculating the average ? 

Including the revoked figures will give incorrect and misleading information.
