Please don't speculate things on your own. We have always tried to help you guys in whatever way possible. There is nothing to hide. We tried our best to bring the EOI to move the waiting list quickly. 

We have requested Administration to update the waiting list; it might get updated after the offers get accepted from the current list. We understand your anxiety, and believe us, we want to make the whole process as simple as possible. 

Meanwhile, to help you out, we are adding the number of offers given in this list.

Regarding the email, they are already floated for admission offers and for EOIs they will be floated soon.
