The placement scenario is very bad at kashipur. People are jobless after paying 15 lakhs and wasting 2 years at the campus. There are no internships for students. Actually the placecomm are threatened to give positive feedback over social networking platforms.ย
Companies are paid to give high intial bonuses to increase the package amount offered. Actual reality is totally different!!ย
Offers are even revoked after 1-2 months by the company. Harassment and abuse from the placecomm is a usual thing here. Your would feel miserable here, I can bet on this!!ย
I would request the iim aspirants to look for better opportunities as MBA is all about from WHERE YOU DO IT FROM and I am sure u never thought of joining this college when you started preparing so try again rather than joining kashipur. I don't want anyone to go bankrupt as the fees is quite high here and you will be sitting home after 2 years!! ย

As a Product Management Intern, I have got a chance to work on the implementation of the data layer and enabling event tracking. Everyone I have reached out to has been more than happy to lend a helping hand. One of the strongest aspects of the Droom culture is everyone's willingness to support one another. It provides ample amount of opportunities for its employees to add to their skills. Due to the ongoing global pandemic, my internship has been shifted to online mode. Nonetheless, my mentor has provided me with adequate guidance and made me feel at ease so that I do not face any difficulty in completing the tasks for my project. With the progress of the project, I am learning more about the steps taken by ONGC to make its workforce better and improve the welfare schemes for its employees.

Despite virtual internship, the organization left no stone unturned for a smooth onboarding. The internship has given me hands-on experience in understanding customer satisfaction and service excellence from a 360-degree viewpoint. The blend of process improvement and quality assurance with financial services along with customer-centricity is completely a novel experience for me. It feels great from seeking guidance and reassurance to gradually shifting to independent handling of issues. During my internship, I am witnessing a pretty steep learning curve and there is an exponential improvement in my skills.

Even in these challenging and uncertain times; there was a seamless onboarding process. My mentors made considerable efforts to understand what I was interested in and what were the projects that I could best contribute to. I understood and designed new GTM strategies, visibility campaigns, and packaging for Four Square cigarettes. I always felt at ease while working with the team and they ensured that I do not miss out on any learning in this online mode by including me in various team meets. The experience so far has been impeccable and thoroughly enriching.
