Why waitlist has moved only 19 for General? Any ideas guys ?
I am a fresher and my university comes under ugc and so far there is no clarity on when exams will be conducted. I have converted in this list and for accepting the offer they are asking to send course completion certificate where the college have to state that they will conduct final exams on or before 25th June. I will try talking to the college authority on monday but if they can't give me assurance on conducting exams before 25th what can I do? Please suggest something.
I think today's waitlist movement of general category has baffeled a lot of us. Let's hope things get better in next list. I want to throw somw light that even if we assume buffer lists as of last year 159 people did reject K atleast. This means with L and FMS easily preferred over K,there might be a case that around 80-100 might be common plus people might prefer I and MDI as well. There might be a situation where people having good jobs might not join this year. Also in 2018 1st waitliat movement was just 8 but still overall movement was 175. So everyone keep believing. I was also completely shattered when I saw the waitlist movement and so I believe many others. This might help you to cheer up!

Hey, I have a government job with decent pay and I got a convert from IIM K but the first semester will be online and maybe the next one too. Can anyone please suggest if it'll be worth it to leave a stable job for online learning even if it's from an IIM?
