What are your post secondary achievements in Academic, Co-curricular and Extracurricular activities ?

Does this mean that we can only post achievments from beyond class 12 ? Or are achievments from say class 10,11 also allowed ?

I have a marksheet which mentions the gpa of all the semesters. Is it necessary to attach each and every marksheet in the form. Or the one I mentioned would be sufficient?
