guys, i was wondering for summer placements what do the companies look at , do they have an apti round?, do they look at previous academic records or the acads during your mba, or the overall resume( which is quite concerning for a fresher). 

Please weigh in with whatever you guys know!

Okay so I got a convert from IIM K. And i also expecting convert from SJMSOM. I have an average set of acads (70's) due to which I believe with the batch size of 400+ of IIM K, I will be kept out from many companies as they screen out people on the basis of past acads. For the same reason, I am a bit inclined towards SJMSOM, because of a relatively less batch size which might not have a stringent screening. Should I be concerned or it's just a myth?

Why has IIM Lucknow never released it's Placement numbers and Complete list of Recruiters ? What could they be hiding ?
Is it true that the campus is ruled by their Placement team and they are more Corrupt than IIM C placereps ? 
How can one join the Placement team ?
