While filling the CAP registration form I forgot to upload the undertaking form for incomplete documents and now I am not able to edit the form as I had submitted it. Can I just email the form on the official email id?

Hi Adcom, For co-curricular achiements section, for class leader/council leader part, there were no certificates provided by my school but i do have the badge for the same. Can i upload the photo of the badge as a proof for the same?
I have NC-OBC certificate dated 18.01.2021, and it is digitally signed by sub division officer(state gov), same format as mentoined at cap website but in hindi language.
Do i have to attach the undertaking?
i don't have provisional degree and college is closed till last date of CAP application But i have final marks memo. What should i do???

@Aditya.Lokhande i have shown work experience in my CAT form, however due to some personal problems i would not be able to procure the documents for the same. Will this discrepancy create any problems in successive procedure? if yes is there anyway to remove the work ex from my cap form.
PS: i have not submitted the cap form yet.
