I know that is something which i need to decide but as i dont have much knowledge about hr as a domain and also how is iim ranchi pgphrm, and whether i can be shortlisted or not with the profile i have?Please tell me should i apply for iim ranchi pgphrm programme? I am having 12 months experience as of now, but in the CAT application form it was asked till july 31st, i.e. 5 months. Which one will be considered for PGPHRM?

I submitted the fee for pgphrm and the money has been withdrawn from my account for the same but when I login it still shows make payment....What should I do?
