My CAT form says that I have 16 months of experience but in the PGPHRM form I have filled my current work experience i.e. 23 months. Will this be an issue?
Wanted to know, what's the chance for freshers for hrm course, saw the pgphrm course's batch profile and only 3-4 were freshers and out of that just 1 was a gem candidate. Is there a pref for work ex ppl in this course? And finally at what perecentile does the final admit takes place( for freshers)..

Few students have paid the fees through UPI and the despite amount being deducted, the same is not reflected in the website or an error message is displayed after the payment. The reason for the following may be the amount has not reached IIM Ranchi's bank.
We request you to wait for 2 days after payment, in case of the amount being deducted and no change in the status on the website even after two days, we suggest you not to pay the fees again.
*Keep the receipt of the amount deducted from your bank(Passbook, message etc)
*Wait for while till you receive a communication from IIM Ranchi.
*Once the money is received you will be communicated.
*If you have the receipt of payment deducted with no refund within 2 days, Please don't worry. Your case will be taken into consideration and you don't need to pay again
My marksheets are semester wise and not year wise so how am I supposed to fill it?
