I have never been so frustrated that this waitlist without number has made me. I don't know what administrative sense does this change in process make.
I have converts in other new IIMs and I am in a fix now whether I will be able to convert Ranchi or not. There have been cases where people have converted one, two or three new IIMs yet they are rejected from Ranchi. I have not been able to gauge any suitable reason for this as all of them have similar kind of marking for final selection only their percentage component varies.
Confirming seats with more than 1 lakh is in more than one college and then on convert paying here 1 lakh is not feasible right now. Seriously this is a very bad situation for the waitlisted students here.
