Is there any specific deadline for withdrawing the amount in case one is still on waiting list?? Or we can withdraw any time, if we won't be able to clear the waitlist??

What is movement in EWS category in today's list ? As per information only 8 converted, but some says EWS wait list no 15 also converted. Whats the fact ?
Wrt to RTI pic in the group I feel that there will not be WL movement beyond 100 in any category but my question here: Is this the case with all new IIMs with more buffer calls and low WL movement? And should one be hopeful till August first week?? P.S. IIM U has WL movement way more than last year except IIM U no other IIM has a good movement acc to my observation.
