Do we need to attach photocopies of all the marksheets and certificates (10,12, graduation) with application form now or is it only require at time of GDPI ??

1. What is to be written at the back of DD?
2. since below D grade is re appear, hence I have written 4 as the corresponding pass GPA per subject.
3. Apart from application form and DD what else is to be mailed.
4. Can we courier the form or should we send it by speed post only?
