What do we have to write in minimum passing marks and max marks in qualifying exam details ?

I am facing a weird situation as post offices in pune are undergoing some weird software update. According to two of the post offices i visited said that it could take them another two days.
Can i send my application via courier?

I uploaded the photograph in the form but it is not clear in print out. So i have to attach the photograph. Guidelines state that, " If photograph is not loaded,then write reference number at the back of the self attested passport size photograph and paste it on the application form and sign the form".
