*There are no sectional cut-offs for selection to GD/PI at IITK.
*Selection for GD/PI round will be profile based .
*Since it is profile based, we cannot comment on the "safe" CAT cut-off for GD/PI call. Anything on the side of 90+ gives you a fair chance of getting a call if you have a good profile. 85-90 percentilers can expect call if they have a good profile. Shortlisting for GD/PI varies from year to year based on number and quality of applications. If you are eligible for the program, you can apply and hope for the best.
*The minimum criterion for applying is 85%ile in CAT and 65% or 6.5 CPI in 10/12/Graduation for GEN/OBC and 75%ile in CAT and 55% or 5.5 CPI in 10/12/Graduation for SC/ST/PD.
* The final conversion will take into aspect CAT score, Profile, GD/PI Performance and Extra-curriculars.
