The conclave began with a brief introduction from the panelists on the ongoing scenario in the HR industry and how perspectives changed post-arrival of covid-19. They shared their thoughts on building agility and working progressively with a particular focus on input metrics to fulfill the end goals of the organizations. They emphasized how entire employee chains are rewritten and deployed to structure an organization with load balancing and performance balancing. It was elucidated how the performance measurement paradigm has changed significantly, and opportunities are getting distributed across regions with improved infrastructure.
The panelists highlighted how digitization is undergoing in companies and the requirement of embracing technological shifts and changes to acknowledge how and what value is delivered to customers. They gladly took questions from the students and gave further understanding of diverse ideas related to the HR industry.

MBA, IIT Kanpur was proud to host Mr. Nitin Aggarwal, Head of Cloud AI Industry Solutions (India), Google, for the 19th episode of K-aleidoscope to discuss the topic: ‘A Techno-manager’s take on life post MBA.’
Mr. Nitin started the session by briefly introducing his pre and post-MBA career. He gave deep insights into analytics and how it evolved over the years, shed light on the practicalities of life, and stressed how one must plan on a path with dedicated steps to shine in the industry. He emphasized the importance of having global exposure to uplift one’s corporate profile and to get an extensive understanding of different day-to-day processes. He further pointed out that one must hustle to reap opportunities available around and brought to discussion the essential requirements for Data Analytics like statistical tools and user experience research.
Mr. Nitin concluded the session by highlighting the significance of scaling up by having a breadth of knowledge across verticals to make oneself competent and relevant in this globalized world. He gladly took questions from the students and gave a deep understanding of each. Overall, it was an enlightening and knowledge-bound session.

Glad to see a recognition of our efforts by - Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) Delhi, which has awarded our campus ’ Eat Right Campus’ with a 5 Star (Excellent) rating.
The ‘Eat Right Campus’ initiative led by FSSAI aims to promote safe, healthy and sustainable food in campuses. As part of this certification, Messes/canteens and shops of the institute were audited on various parameters of safe, healthy and sustainable food by FSSAI authorities.
