Waitlisted at 11 after second list for PGDM BFS . Is it possible to convert? Or should i focus on other colleges?

Initially recieved a waitlist offer of admission to PGDM for waitlist no. 332. And after paying 75k to be on the active waitlist, I got 82 on the active waitlist. Any chance that it could get converted to an actual call? Somebody with experience from the last year?
