My waitlist no. is 37 on 17th July. I've already paid 75000 and if withdraw after conversion, will I get the full 75000 back or anything will be deducted? Please tell

I got a mail saying I am in the updated waitlist for pgdm core. It also says I can add HR as a preference now at no extra cost if I didnt do it earlier. How do I do that? There is no way to pay for more than one choice from the dropdown list in the payment portal.
